Morse engineers have designed these below-hook lifting devices with motor driven drum tilt for below hook applications. More than just a 55-gallon drum dumper, you have full 360 degree control of the powered drum rotation to dispense with this industrial lifting equipment.

Option: HDPS Bracket - Part # 1465-P

HDPS Bracket for any 55-gallon plastic, steel or fiber drum. . . even those plastic drums without a rim. Adjusts to handle a drum 31" to 36" tall.

The bracket can be left in place while handling a rimmed drum.

Option: Diameter Adaptors

Model 55/30-16 for
15.5" to 16" diameter drum

Diameter Adaptors for smaller diameter drums. There are Diameter Adaptors sized for a drum as small as 14" diameter. Custom adaptors can also be made to suit your special needs.

 Half-Full Drum Rating

Half-Full Drum Rating is an indication of capacity for tilting unbalanced, bottom-heavy drum. Partially full drum with unbalanced and shifting load is harder to tilt than full drum.

Morse below-the-hook drum lifters

Morse below-the-hook drum lifters are manufactured by Morse Mfg. Co., Inc. in East Syracuse, NY 13057. These drum lifters comply with ANSI/ASME B30.20 standard for mechanical, below-the-hook lifting devices as it applies to the following:

• Rated load markings and unit identification

• Minimum design safety factor of 3, based on yield strength, for load bearing structural components

• Welding is performed by certified welders who have passed the ANSI/AWS D1.1 welding qualification test
