With the safety conscious MORStak ^TM Forklift Mounted Drum Rackers, you can move drums on and off racks, pallets, trucks, etc. with your forklift. Lift an upright drum and place in horizontal position. Rack rimmed 55-gallon steel or plastic drums weighing up to 800 Lb. side by side with virtually zero clearance between them. Handle your drum with a drum faucet in place (see diagram), allowing your drum rack to serve as a dispensing station.

A 2-button pendant reaches back to the forklift operator to control drum tilting. Wireless Control Option is also available. Forklift mounted drum rackers feature battery powered tilt with self contained hydraulics. They have a positive drum gripping mechanism that must be manually engaged before lifting an upright drum or tilting a drum from horizontal position. MORStak ^TM drum rackers will not allow you to tilt your drum without the clamp engaged.

MORStak ^TM forklift mounted drum rackers have self contained 12 DC powered hydraulics. The 12V deep cycle battery and charger are included. No  connection to the hydraulics or power of your forklift is required.

Model 289F
MORStak ^TM Fork Mounted Drum Racker

Slide forks into fork pockets and secure to carriage with chain. Forks must spread 26" (66.04 cm) apart to accommodate this fork mounted drum racker.

Requires 26" between forks as fork pocket openings are 26" (66.04 cm) apart. Each opening measures 2.5" (6.35 cm) high by 6.5" (16.5 cm) wide.

These forklift attachments are simple to mount onto your forks. No tools are needed, and no power connections or truck modifications required.

MORStak ^TM Forklift Mounted Drum Rackers handle ONLY a 55-gallon steel or plastic drum with top rim, and maximum weight of 800 Lb. They will NOT handle a smaller drum or a drum without a top rim.

• Rack your 55-gallon plastic drum with top rim when the included Drum Pads are installed. The Drum Pads are designed to support a flexible plastic drum.
  • Drum Pads are included with each Forklift Mounted Drum Racker
  • When the Drum Pads are installed, it reduces maximum drum cradle width from 19" (48.25 cm) to 13" (33 cm) for racking a 55-gallon drum
