to lift and pour a 5-gallon (19 liter) pail up to 5 feet (1.5 m) high.		  

5-Gallon Pail Handler with MORStop Tilt-Brake

The MORStop Tilt-Brake prevents the pail from turning out of control.
It is included on model 83 5-Gallon (19 liter) Pail Handler.
