The New Morse Model 185R
Kontrol-Karrier features a unique drum holder with "Top Rim
Clamp." This offers ease of use and versatility to lift, move, pour
and place drum.
The "Top Rim
Clamp" grips the drum rim securely for lifting. The drum can be
lifted from close proximity to walls or other drums. The user is not
forced to reposition the drum before engaging it. Use the spring loaded
"bottom rim catch" when tilting or pouring drum with
bottom rim. This eliminates the need to clamp anything around the
front of a drum which has an appropriate bottom rim. Can also place a 55-gallon steel drum horizontally on top of drum-stand, drain rack or Morse
drum rotator. If drum lacks a bottom rim, place chain around front
of drum to tilt or pour.
Handle drum up to
23.5" (59.7 cm) in diameter and minimum height of 34" (86.4
cm). Capacity of 800 Lb. (364 kg) for a full drum, 500 Lb. (227 kg) for
a half-full drum. Morse Model 185R Kontrol-Karrier has chain wheel for
controlled tilting and pouring. Optional Self-Stopping Hand Crank (not
shown) locks pour angle of drum automatically when handle is released.
