Heavy-duty below-hook drum carrier with 3-piece drum holder - Model
185G-HD. This model has two lifting eyes. Use the centered
one to lift the drum carrier with a drum. Use the off-center
lifting eye to keep the unit plumb when lifting the drum
carrier without a drum, as shown below.

drum in the heavy-duty below-hook drum carrier.
3-Piece Drum Holder (shown open). This 8" wide metal band is
hinged in two places and has a front closure to secure the
drum. This drum holder is designed only for a steel drum
with 22.5" outside diameter between the ribs.
To load the drum, simply move the drum holder against the
side of the drum and latch the closure of the 3-piece drum
holder. You can then lift the drum and rotate it 360 degrees
in either direction. The drum can be held at any tilt angle.
The standard drum tilt control is a chain wheel with 12'
chain loop as shown. Options for hand crank or hand wheel
are also available. |
