Heavy-duty below-hook drum carrier with 3-piece drum holder - Model 185G-HD.

The standard drum tilt control is a chain wheel with 12' chain loop (as shown) with 6' operating length. Options for hand crank or hand wheel are also available.

This model has two lifting eyes.

• Use the centered lifting eye (as shown) to lift the drum carrier with a drum in the drum holder.
  
• Use the off-center lifting eye to keep the unit plumb when lifting the drum carrier without a drum, as shown below.

To load a drum, hang the Kontrol-Karrier using the off-center lifting eye as shown. Then move the drum holder against the side of your drum and latch the closure of the 3-piece drum holder. The 3-Piece Drum Holder (shown closed) is used to securely hold your 55-gallon steel drum in the heavy-duty below-hook drum carrier.

You can then lift the drum and rotate it 360 degrees in either direction for controlled dispensing. The drum can be held at any tilt angle.

The 3-Piece Drum Holder (shown open) has an 8" wide metal band hinged in two places, and a front closure to secure the drum. This drum holder is designed only for a 55-gallon steel drum with 22.5" outside diameter between the ribs.
