Has a bracket at the top and
at the bottom of the drum to handle any 55-gallon plastic drum or steel
drum with or WITHOUT a top rim. Handle a drum 31" to 39" tall.

Handles rimmed 55-gallon plastic or steel drum with a
suitable top rim. It eliminates the need to support the drum from the
bottom.
